1. Reference (a) transmitted a partially complete format for SIOP-63 which had not been fully coordinated.

2. This format has now been completed and coordinated with the CINCREPs, JSTPS and a copy is attached for information.

3. When Inclosure 1 is withdrawn or not attached, this memorandum may be downgraded to Unclassified.
