Notes: Monthly production statistics are currently unsourced and unverified.

However, according to The V2 and the German, Russian and American Rocket Program by C. Reuter; Fi-103 expenditures broke down roughly as:

6 to 8,000~ expended in testing and R&D
4 to 5,000~ lost/damaged during transport
4 to 5,500~ lost during launching failures
7,500~ launched against Britain
6,550~ launched against Antwerp and other targets
